The ALPhANOV Technology Center is pleased to announce the achievement of ISO 9001: 2015 certification for all its activities. This certification was granted following the audit and the favorable opinion of Bureau Veritas Certification.

After obtaining, in 2016, the ISO 9001: 2008 standard, ALPhANOV is proud to announce its ISO 9001 certification in its latest version 2015. This certification is the result of a quality approach initiated by ALPhANOV, through its organization with the mobilization and implication of its employees.

This latest version of the norm considers new themes:

• The strategic context of the company serves as the basis: we now establish the link between our quality system and our context, the economic environment in which we operate.
• Risks and opportunities must be identified: we incorporate risk and opportunity management into our quality management system.
• The structure follows that of other norms: the structure of the ISO 9001 version 2015 is organized in accordance with the "High level structure", which now serves as the basis for writing all ISO norms: same vocabulary, same chapters, same structure articles if they cover identical requirements.

This certification is a recognition of ALPhANOV’s ability to define and honor its commitments in all its activity areas and thus ensure better customer satisfaction.

In addition, the certification of this management system crowns the daily work of the ALPhANOV staff, to meet, with the highest level of quality, the expectations and needs of its customers and partners.
